The Challenge

A brand with a powerful story — held back by a digital presence that couldn't convert

Veronica Altieri has been creating handcrafted jewellery in Rome since 2013. Trained in Interior Design, specialised in 3D modelling, and holding a Master's in Jewelry Design, she built a brand rooted in a singular philosophy: jewels inspired by light, the sea and Roman history — designed to empower those who wear them. A genuinely distinctive voice with a growing community of loyal clients across Italy and internationally.

Yet the digital experience failed to do justice to that story. The site had no dedicated About page — meaning Veronica's background, creative journey and brand philosophy were invisible to visitors. Without that foundation of trust, and with a navigation structure that created friction at every step, the brand's strongest asset — its founder's personal vision — simply didn't convert.
